In the Fall of 2012, our community started with 6 athletes and has grown to offer programming in every season, and at all levels from middle school to high school and U23/collegiate and hosting u23 National Team Development Camps. In 2022, WRC established the Kathryn Bennett Race Course, an 8-lane Scholastic Championship caliber race course, which is now a hub for high school racing in the Midwest.

Quality outcomes are the by-product when we focus on development, not the end goal.

We meet athletes where they are. A one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work.

Happy, curious athletes who collaborate are fast athletes. Finding speed is a partnership, not a one-way street.

We're community-oriented. Financial capacity should not dictate access to the sport.
